Is it biodegradable and safe to spray (ie not kill!) on grass in public places?

sorry, I have only used it on flat metal sheet outdoors not grass and so far ( a few months) it has not disappeared or shown any sign of wearing in any kind of weather , so would say on that basis only, not biodegradable, it is really meant for car parking lines on asphalt so my own use of it is not strictly correct.

It would appear to be. I used it outside my shop to make lines to stop people parking right up to my doorway! I also used it to paint criss cross lines to stop people parking at the entrance of my back yard. Its standing up to foot traffic and vehicular traffic - and the weather - so far.

My can doesn’t have a nozzle so I can’t use it.
