Inositol Capsules

This time last year I was at the doctor going over my options to freeze or burn the lining in my uterus because my bleeding was so bad. Talking to my chiropractor and she recommended me this product. It has changed my life!! My periods are regular and the bleeding has been reduced by 60% in about 8 months. I highly recommend to anyone struggling with heavy bleeding.

Works amazing for someone who has Pcos

Got these to give a try since I have reached an age where I tend to feel more tired and hormonal. So far I cannot tell a big difference but I do feel less tired. I don't know if this is the product or a placebo effect but either way, it appears to make at least a slight difference. The suggested serving is 3 capsules per day and they are not small. I can't take them all at once but I do try to take them fairly close together. The outer capsule doesn't get stuck in my throat and they seem to go down ok, it's just a lot to take all at once. These come in a bag versus a bottle but the bag does reseal fairly well so I am not worried about them falling out and it takes up less space. So far I would say that I would recommend them but if something changes, I will update.

Started taking these as a supplement and not a necessity. I feel my hormones are more leveled and my mood is overall improved.

I have been taking these for months and at first were loving them. I’m not sure what happened but the past few times I’ve gotten them. They come with numerous broken and open capsules all through the bag. It’s a little disappointing.

Love this product so far! Going to take it for a few months to really get the full effect but so far it’s great. I like that it’s 3 capsules as most other brands are 4-6 so the less the better!

I wasn't able to swallow a whole capsule with a drink. I had to resort to pudding or applesauce. I found these to be fairly large capsules. And having to take 3 of them was bit much for me. These come in a postconsumer recycled bag. There was no taste or odor noted. There was an expiration date noted of a year and a half out into 2025. I took these for a couple of weeks. I haven't noticed any positive side effects yet. I have had a few issues with my gut being upset and loose bowel movements. The cost and the capsule size, are both a bit much for me to continue taking.
