Replacing a broken cable was quick and easy, especially with helpful video instructions available on YouTube. The key to ordering the correct cable is measuring the exposed length—from the end of the clip to the end of the Z hook. It’s tricky to do this while the cable is still in the chair, so if possible, measure the old cable directly. I specifically chose this product because it’s adjustable, and the adjustment process was simple thanks to clear instructions in the product listing. Great product, smooth installation, and a perfect fit! Will update on longevity, but for now, highly recommended!
