This product was very easy to install, and the setup process was quick and straightforward. The app is user-friendly, and I had my passcode and fingerprint set up in less than five minutes. The keypad is very responsive, so you don't have to press the buttons hard, and the fingerprint reader works quickly and accurately every time I've used it. I really like not having to carry a house key anymore. The convenience alone makes it worth it. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend this product.

I figured it was time to step into the future regarding a modern door lock, our previous was just a regular old traditional knob and key lock entry and was a bit hard to fully close due to time taking its toll. Replacing our lock and knob with this set made it very easy to close the door again. This lock was easy to put in, I was surprised it went on our door with no modifications required (standard hole etc). The handles are really good, I chose this one mainly because of the handles. Our son was having issues opening the door with our previous knob so I decided to get this one with handles and he (and all of us) has 0 issues opening the door now. The app is good and easy to use, the lock quickly connected and setup was fairly simple. Registering a thumbprint takes no longer than a minute or two and was really easy, not complicated at all. Everyone else has to usually take 2 or 3 tries to get the reader to read their print but I quickly realized you have to have the top part of your thumbprint on the top part of the reader then quckly-ish flatten your thumb and doing that I've not had any issues getting it to read mine on the 1st try everytime. You can have thumbprints, pass codes (permanent/one-time use) card entry/key entry). You can even create them on the fly if you've got a friend etc coming over and you won't be able to meet them at the door just create a one-time and/or time specific pass code for them that they can only use in a specific time frame. Could also do this for a service worker of any type who will be servicing in your home for whatever reason. The auto-lock has worked very well, no issues. You can set how long you want it to wait to auto-lock (using seconds of time) after closing the door. It is never locked from the inside so you never have to bother unlocking it when you open from the inside (a very nice feature imo). The lock noise is fine, not insanely loud but also not extremely quiet. In some way, hearing it lock is pleasant and re-assuring. Battery seems great so far, we've been using it for 24 days now as of June 30th, 2024 and the battery on app still says 100% so I will check it every week and see if there is any change in order to get an idea of how long it'll go before they need changed. I use Energizer batteries for everything so I imagine it'll get much longer use time than most other batteries. Also you can have multiple admins that you can give certain permissions or limited permissions to do specific things such as the ability to create codes and prints etc (example: spouses can all have the ability to create these--or not). All of this with 0 subscription necessary. Although a subscription is optional that allows you to control a ton of these in instances where you may own apartment buildings or hotels etc. Subscription also gives access to optional features that in no way are necessary. If you just want a lock as I described in my previous paragraphs then you will not need a subscription at all. I assume that the majority of users who may buy 1-3 of these will not need a subscription. I will definitely be buying another one of these when we replace our back door later this year. Just an excellent product 1 month in.

I really like this smart door lock. The digital keypad makes entering the house quick and convenient without needing a traditional key. The handle feels sturdy and the lock has a modern, attractive design. Installation was fairly easy, and it works great for both convenience and added security. Overall, I’m very happy with this door lock and would definitely recommend it.

great quality and easy install. I have set up the fingerprint option and it has been working really well Only negative point is the small piece in front of the key lock broke very easily. I whole device works well without it, it is just a piece for the look of it

This is the second lock I have that uses the TTLock app. App is ok, but it made sense to stay with one app for all our door locks. Actual door knob/lock is terrible. Handle gets bound up and doesn’t engage, so it won’t open from the outside. If you have a deadbolt in a standard position, it doesn’t fit. Keypad is difficult to use. Key cards almost never work. Would have returned but I missed the return window.

I have purchased three of these and is worth every penny. The gateway is a little finicky and has not worked properly for me even though there is a gateway about 5feet away from the device. Fingerprint recognition is great but if is wet or rainy is whacky. Easy to use and setup. taking 1 star off because the key lid comes off very easy.

Worth every penny. I have purchased so many locks in the past for my guest quarters, but this is the one. I stayed at an air bnb that had this lock and decided to purchase it. I love it. There are so many options for entry, You can use finger prints, number combination, swipe card or key. Best of all, no more changing battery every week because the battery lasts for months. Oh! it works when the power is out. Considering purchasing for other doors.

Great smart lock! Installation was quick and easy, and everything worked perfectly right out of the box. The lock feels sturdy, operates smoothly, and the keyless entry is very convenient. The finger print work well also. I’m really happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend it to others.
