How long will it hold charge before using the heating function?

The unit can hold the charge for 24 hours when it is on sleep mode. One charge is good for heating one meal which is a total of 2.5 hours of heating. You can simply turn the unit on in the morning and it will go to sleep mode until it is time to start heating.

Is it stainless steel?

Food tray appears to be. Best lunch heater I have ever purchased. Literally have to blow on your food to eat each bite. Five star

Is there a phone app for this?

The Lite version does not have bluetooth app capability. The original LunchEAZE does have bluetooth app and can be found on our website.

Why is this overpriced? The luncheaze site sells them from factory for alot less.

The original site comes with standard bag- Amazon offers the upgraded bag feature. Original site comes with standard temp- it costs extra for the adjustable temp. Amazon comes with it already. When you add the features to match Amazon price increases; however, original site has the meal prep features and I ended up paying $45 extra on original site compared to Amazon, but I’m okay because I have more containers.
