do these sunglasses protect from UV rays?

Yes. The package states: “Impact-resistant lenses absorb 99.9% UV”

are they splash proof?

These are not designed to be splash proof.

Will these fit comfortably for a construction man with a wide head?

If you can comfortably wear regular safety glasses, these should fit you just fine. If your head is big enough you have to get larger sized safety glasses, these are probably too small.

Can you wear them over prescription glasses?

Hello - Thank you for asking. These are not designed to be worn over prescription glasses.

Not a pack of four! Just ONE.

These are just cheap dollar store glasses. It says it's a pack of four, but you get one single pair of cheap glasses. That's it. I'm returning them if my son didn't use them yet. The description is wrong.
