The shower caddy won't adjust to fit my shower, what should I do?

The measurement rod is measured first, and then the top part is locked at least 1-1.5 inches longer than that. The spring will be slightly retracted, and you can push the pole in. If it is not operated by the instructions, the pole will loosen.

Can this corner shower caddy be adjusted to the height I want?

Yes, you can greatly adjust the height of the pole by increasing/reducing the pole, or you can adjust the overall height by a small amount by adjusting the top telescopic pole.

How to tighten the telescopic rod?

Rotate the telescopic rod to the left/right until it cannot be twisted anymore, which means the telescopic rod is tightened.
