I'd never taken rubber exercise bands seriously before. His was a cheap set, but the largest one gave some decent resistance. I bought these from GYMREAPER because they're much heavier on the large end, and I'm quite strong. His largest band is the equivalent of the medium of this pro set. The two heaviest bands are very impressive! ...and these are black, not multi colored, so they look better. I use these for when I don't have access to a set of dumbbells or a gym. I also use these to do some PT. I have a lumbar disc bulge (L-5-S1) and a cervical disc bulge (no MRI yet but suspected C5-C6, if I remember correctly).Pros and cons are simple:Super duper durable so far, the tension has been great still (it's not getting stretched out and losing its tension yet unlike cheap ones that get lighter and crack after a few uses). They smell weird and it's not going away..
