We use it to cut PVC wire duct. I think the metal would dull the blade right away. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works great for smaller raceway PVC type cable concealers *by on Reviewed in the United States 26 July 2020* This wire duct cutter works great for smaller type pvc based flexible raceways for concealing cable. The ones used to hide HDMI cable, home entertainment system type cables for TVs, etc. This is not intended for the commercial type raceways used for bundles or bulk data communication cables (fiber optic, bundles of ethernet, bundles of coax etc) in wiring closets or data centers. I use it with the d-line series raceways size medium which is about 1 inch and 1/4 wide, half round and protrudes about half an each to three quarters. No issues in cutting this smaller type of raceway. Those who have given this a lower review must be using it on really hard or large PVC which this is not intended for. This is a very similar product sold by panduit and cable organizer but at a significantly cheaper price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good tool *by on Reviewed in the United States 25 August 2026* I was intrigued by this tool for its price point. I have a similar pair at work but from Panduit and they cost close to $250. These are good. They do lack in leverage to cut thicker plastic ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Precision cutting *by on Reviewed in the United States 24 December 2025* Up until a few months ago I did not know these things existed always used portable to cut these things are fantastic durability is great accuracy of cutting is unreal great value for the money ## Frequently Bought Together - Electriduct Wire Duct Cutter Plastic Raceway PVC Conduit Cutting Tool Metal Shears - Manual Din Rail Cutter, Dual Groove Rail Cutting Tool with 50cm/20in Ruler Sliding Baffle for Slotted Steel Aluminum Iron PVC Guide Rail Cutting Machine - CDZHLTG PVC Trunking Cutter Heavy Manual Plastic Wiring Duct 45° 90° Angle Adjustable Cutting Machine Electrician Special Cutting Device --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.no/products/570423839-electriduct-wire-duct-cutter-from-inc](https://www.desertcart.no/products/570423839-electriduct-wire-duct-cutter-from-inc) --- *Product available on Desertcart Norway* *Store origin: NO* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
