They feel durable and well-made, and I love that they come with different resistance levels so I can switch them out depending on the exercise. They’re perfect for working out at home when I don’t have time to get to the gym. I’ve used them for glute exercises, legs, arms, and stretching, and they haven’t slipped or felt like they were going to snap. They’re also easy to store and take up basically no space. Definitely a great addition to my home gym and worth the price! Review: Bonus - finger strength bands - To my surprise, I got more than I bargained for. Not only did I get a set of great bands for warm-ups and strength exercises, I got a full set of bands for finger strength. All different colors. My one criticism would the hand strength bands seem to be all similar weights.
