Just finished washing and drying them. They are thick glass. I love these bowls ribbing on the outside -it makes them look nicer than just smooth glass. The lids fit tightly and they stack well. The largest one is really big and will be good for a large dessert or salad. The other smaller ones are just bigger than my 4 cup Pyrex bowls so it gives me many options for leftovers. No more plastic in the microwave. It couldn’t have been safe and we should have known that without someone telling us. Shame on me for using it even though it said BPA Free.
