I found replacing the glass myself was a long, but relatively easy process. I suggest for those trying to repair it themselves in the future to not skip out on spending an extra 8$ on a heat gun. I personally just used a hair blower, but the adhesive is very strong. For a good 15$, this DIY replacement is very much worth the price if you're willing to spend a little time and effort. The color is great. I also recommend using an adhesive like the b7000 as well though because I wouldn't trust the preinstalled one at all.
