The closures are sturdy but not difficult to open. It also came with some inserts for medication notes to track med names, times, etc. The days are color coded with the day of week on the top and the sides! A true gem in the game of managing meds!

I have a habit of forgetting to take my medicine, and I find this feature quite useful. I need to take medication five times a day. However, I wish it wasn’t so expensive. I like that it has a case and that the lids fit tight. Love the different colors too.
