Organic Rainbow Peppercorns

This is our go to pepper corn. Always fresh and grinds smoothly. Flavorful through out the food. Stores well and maintains flavor profile till need to purchase more. Affordable and highly recommended!

I bought these rainbow peppercorns because I wanted a more nuanced pepper kick for weeknight meals. Plain black pepper was fine, but I was craving something with deeper flavor for seasoning chicken, vegetables, and sauces. A two-pound bulk supply that’s organic and additive-free seemed practical for keeping the grinder refilled and ready. On a daily basis I keep the grinder by the stove and reach for this blend for almost everything. The mix of black, green, pink, and white peppercorns provides a layered aroma and a brighter heat than plain pepper. It grinds smoothly and distributes evenly over meats, salads, and roasted vegetables. The bag is designed for grinder refills and the scoop is about 1 gram, which adds up to many meals before I have to open a new batch. What stood out most is how the flavor feels more nuanced without overpowering the dish. The color when ground is appealing and it lends depth to marinades and crusts. The product being organic, non GMO, and free from fillers or preservatives matters to me, and the note about third party lab tests adds quiet confidence when cooking for guests. One small note is the bulk packaging. It does require a little extra storage space and I keep it in a dry place, transferring a portion to a smaller jar to keep the grind fresh. There is a minor learning curve to avoid moisture, but once I got the hang of sealing the bag, it became second nature. Overall, it feels like a five star addition to my kitchen.

delicious i cant find any negative's about these i will be buying them again these pepper corns taste like fresh pepper

These work great in my grinders. I feel that the pepper has a bold, peppery-bite to it. A little goes a long way (I love pepper, so I don’t believe in a little!). The packaging is easily re-sealed for freshness. I’m about halfway through it, and the peppercorns are as fresh and pungent/flavorful as the first time I filled up my grinder.

Delicious, nutritious and affordable.

I love these peppercorns! They have an intense flavor when cracked, they can well and add great flavor to canned items. The flavor is a nice 3-4 heat so there are so many recipes they work well in. I appreciate the spiciness and vibrant colors. I highly recommend these rainbow peppercorns!

tastes ok

Excellent mix of rainbow peppercorns, bonus that they are organic. No issues in a manual peppermill or the electric peppermill. Have already repurchased.
