Review: Nice gears - Fixed one of my boys $100 rc cars with this gear set after the youngest decided to "give it a high five" while it was in motion, stripping the gears. Review: Worked well - I really only needed one gear, but I figured buying 58 of assorted sizes would give me the best shot at finding the exact size I needed, and lo and behold, I found it! It works a heck of a lot better than the crappy decades-old gear it replaced that had lost all its teeth. ## Features - Module: 0.5 - Shaft Diameter: 1.9mm, 2.0mm, 2.55mm, 3mm - Total Diameter: Ranges from 3mm to 28mm - Material: Plastic - Package Contents: 58pcs different kinds of Gears (Shafts not included) ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0BMFQ8D4R | | Age Range Description | Kid | | Best Sellers Rank | 176,562 in Toys & Games ( See Top 100 in Toys & Games ) 271 in Model Building Motors | | Brand Name | Alextend | | Colour | White | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 36 Reviews | | Educational Objective | Game, play | | Included Components | gears | | Indoor Outdoor Usage | Indoor | | Is Assembly Required | No | | Item Dimensions | 9.9 x 7.1 x 1 centimetres | | Item Type Name | gears set | | Item Weight | 0.03 Kilograms | | Manufacturer | Alextend | | Manufacturer Part Number | 58Gear | | Manufacturer recommended age | 12 years and up | | Material Type | Plastic | | Model Number | 58Gear | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Operation Mode | Automatic | | Power Source | manual winding | | Set Name | 58pcs Plastic Gears Module 0.5 Set | | Size | Small | | Supported Battery Types | No batteries required | | Theme | Motor | ## Images ![58pcs Plastic Gears Module 0.5 for DC Motor DIY Model Toys - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61t7F7TBxyL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice gears *by J***D on 7 September 2026* Fixed one of my boys $100 rc cars with this gear set after the youngest decided to "give it a high five" while it was in motion, stripping the gears. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worked well *by J***E on 18 October 2025* I really only needed one gear, but I figured buying 58 of assorted sizes would give me the best shot at finding the exact size I needed, and lo and behold, I found it! It works a heck of a lot better than the crappy decades-old gear it replaced that had lost all its teeth. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Geared up for repair work *by B***S on 22 January 2023* After many years, my wife's Avon Christmas village quit working. I could tell that the gears weren't engaging in the gear reduction box and figured that it was going into the trash. I decided to use the camera in Google search as I wasn't sure how to describe what I needed and found this set of gears on Amazon. Very impressive selection and I fixed her village by replacing 2 gears. Now I have 56 gears in my junk drawer waiting for my next repair job. 🤣 ## Frequently Bought Together - Alextend 58pcs Plastic Gears Module 0.5 for DC Motor DIY Model Toys - Comimark 10Pcs WH148 Type B10K Ohm Linear Taper Rotary Potentiometer Panel Pot 3 Pin - 20KG RC Servo High Torque Servo Motors, Waterproof Full Metal Gear Steering Servo for 1/6 1/8 1/10 1/12 RC Car Robot DIY, Digital Servo with 25T Servo Horn, Control Angle 180° --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.no/products/558357360-58pcs-plastic-gears-module-0-5-for-dc-motor-diy](https://www.desertcart.no/products/558357360-58pcs-plastic-gears-module-0-5-for-dc-motor-diy) --- *Product available on Desertcart Norway* *Store origin: NO* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
