I use mine often, especially in winter. It's easy to use, I microwave for 2 minutes, and wrap around the back of my neck. It is a moist warm heat that allows me to stretch my neck and relieves pain. I don't ever put my Bed Buddy in the freezer but that is an option. There is a slight smell when I heat the Bed Buddy because it contains dry rice. It's not an issue for me though. I recommend the Bed Buddy and will buy another one when mine wears out. ## Frequently Bought Together - Bed Buddy Neck Warmer, 2 Pack, Microwave Heat Wrap, Heated Neck Wrap - Heating Pad For Neck, Sore Muscles - Microwavable Neck Heating Pad, Heating Pad For Bed, 2 Heat Packs - Bed Buddy Back Wrap Heat Pad - Microwaveable - Microwave Heating Pad and Cold Pack for Back Pain, Neck Pain, Muscle Pain - Bed Buddy Aromatherapy Heat Pad and Cooling Neck Wrap, 2 Pack, Unscented and Lavender Scented - Microwave Heating Pad for Sore Muscles - Cold Wrap Pack for Aches and Pain --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.no/products/55815644-bed-buddy-hot-cold-pack-pack-of-2](https://www.desertcart.no/products/55815644-bed-buddy-hot-cold-pack-pack-of-2) --- *Product available on Desertcart Norway* *Store origin: NO* *Last updated: 2026-10-26*
