Review: Headphones randomly cut out and native bluetooth is unusable - customer support is poor. - I really wanted to like these headphones but after a few weeks of usage the headphones started randomly turning off making conference calls embarrassing. This happens if you use the dongle or native bluetooth. When using native bluetooth the connection is very unstable and drops for a split second every few minutes. The support for this product is poor, i raised my issue in November 2024, and after countless back and fourth asking me to update my microsoft teams, laptop etc they finally agreed to send a replacement dongle, the whole process took the best part of 3 months. Noise cancellation on this though is second to none.

I really wanted to like these headphones but after a few weeks of usage the headphones started randomly turning off making conference calls embarrassing. This happens if you use the dongle or native bluetooth. When using native bluetooth the connection is very unstable and drops for a split second every few minutes. The support for this product is poor, i raised my issue in November 2024, and after countless back and fourth asking me to update my microsoft teams, laptop etc they finally agreed to send a replacement dongle, the whole process took the best part of 3 months. Noise cancellation on this though is second to none.
