How long it will work is another matter, but time will tell. It is a solid mechanical keyboard with what appear to be like Cherry Red switches (They are not Cherry brand switches but seem substantial). Low noise, little tactile feedback except for the key bottoming, and a very smooth feel. It lights up deep red, and there are a few lighting options you can select for movement, patterns and such. I keep mine on and it has less distraction for me. Excellent for gaming, comes with a key puller and black key caps if you don't like the red ones. I kept mine red because it looks interesting. The feel is smooth so it works for hours of typing, where cheap membrane boards will make your fingers quiver after a few hours. But at this price, you would have to be a fool not to try it out.
