Everything else about the product was garbage. One head showed up with the sticker loose, and cyan ink had leaked everywhere...and the head was supposed to be a YELLOW HEAD. EVERY ONE of the copper contacts on each head was corroded. I popped them into the printer, and the printer rejected every one...right out of the box. I put my old heads back in - printer happy again. Conclusion: garbage print heads. Never had this problem with 100% genuine HP print heads. No more of this trying to save money.
