Can you cut on these?

You can, but it's going to cut the plastic a little. Over time they would look pretty bad

Will these stain with red sauce/ tomato sauce?

Yes, these dishes will stain easily. Don’t use anything with tomatoe sauce.

Do all pieces stack easily in the dishwasher? Sometimes bowls are too deep and take up too much space, and plates have too much of a curve to fit.

Bowls easily fit on top dishwasher rack, very happy with these dishes!
