I have a chair with rectangular legs; are there bands available in this shape (hole) for "wide" chairs (legs are 19" apart)?

Yes, you can purchase the replacement Bouncy Bands for Wide Chairs for $9.95 at BouncyBands.com. They are 17" wide and will easily stretch to your 19" chairs.

Do these fit any chair?

Hello: Thank you for inquiring about Bouncy Bands for Chairs. The Bouncy Band for Elementary School chairs fit all chairs with freestanding legs that are between 13"-17" apart. For chairs whose legs are further apart we have the Bouncy Bands for MS and HS chairs which are 17"-24" apart. Bouncy Bands are the only chairs with patented side supports which prevent the bands from sliding to the ground. If you have any further questions please let us know. Best, Jeff

Is there any kind of warranty? I've had mine for about 6 months and the band tore :( My kids love the bands, but I can't afford to replace them often.

I’m so sorry to hear that! Yes, we have a full 1 year warranty. Call our customer service at (646) 926-2440 and we will send you a free replacement band right away, -Scott Ertl, BouncyBanfs.com CEO
