UPDATED 4-29-26 - I have 5 or 6 of these, and they all worked great until the most recent one (V 4.2). It has an independent Mbus port. I get no throttle, the telemetry and connection cuts out frequently and it is not detected by the MXO config tool. I've tested the others with the same radio, model and settings, they all work and connect, etc. This newest one only gives servo control and NEVER throttle. I'm certain it is connected correctly, the motor will power up if the radio is on the wrong protocol and it goes all wacky, but it never works from the transmitter as it should. AGAIN, the radio is fine, there is no throttle cut activated, I mapped it to every other channel, and nothing. I can leave the radio on, power up an older board with the same settings, and they work fine. It's just the V4.2. I'm sending it back, but am anxious to buy another until these issues are addressed. UPDATE: Am in communication with customer service, they have been VERY good with their effort to find the issue. I have amended my rating to reflect the excellent service and attention they have given my complaint. I will edit further if any progress is made. I should note that I STILL have the earliest and oldest of these RXs that I purchased, it is in it's 4th aircraft with probably 70+ flights total, has been damaged in crashes many times but STILL WORKS! Review: Interesting fact about the layout - This is my husband's "go to" receiver for RC airplanes. He noted recently, however, that the board layout varies from receiver to receiver. Interesting.
