**Q: With about 28" what size should I buy?**
A: I'm a 30" waist and it fits great, I could adjust it it to make tighter. Medium is probably good

**Q: Can I use this groin protector for competition?**
A: No you cannot. This is for training only and for competition you need the bigger cup where it will cover your hips also.

**Q: Are these groin guards USA boxing certified for competition?**
A: Cup area is way to small fop an adult male. you cannot fit you ---- in there. Poorly made.

**Q: Im a waist 30. Which would feel best medium or small?**
A: The medium might be the best fit for you.  I would not bother with this product at all.  The one I purchased fell apart in less than 6 months.  Definitely not a quality product!
