It can become a little cakey if overused and layered too much but it is a great powder that does help with my oily skin.

A: It has a very slight tint, but seems to blend in well and just give a matte finish. Try to find closest to your skin color.

A: I am also a "natural beige" and I got the light/medium color and it is just perfect. It is a great powder, because it it is a light powder that is not heavy on your face. It is very flattering on my skin. I hope this helps you decide.
