A: No, in my opinion it was very cheaply made and had no pockets. The opening on the front goes to the inside. I also felt like it was small. I returned mine.

I bought this to hold snorkeling gear including a vest. It holds all of this including my mask in a mask container. This thing is great. Everything in one place and not mixed in with a towel or other items you want to keep dry. I’m using it locally and plan on taking it on a cruise in the fall. Get one!
