## Description

BODYRHYTHM Compact Adjustable Weighted Bench

Review: Great for Back Ext, Sit Ups, Free Weights . . . - 2023, I needed a compact, affordable sit-up bench for my home gym. This one fit the bill perfectly. Recently saw a NordBench Pro ad, as I am now interested in Back Extension exercises. I almost bought it ($375), but recalled that this one might handle BE routines. Turns out it does, and at 5'8", 175, I give this Mighty Mouse an A+. In general it's a well made, very versatile, sturdy (but light weight), compact and looks great. The padding is decent and all the exercises I use feel safe, well grounded and comfortable.
Review: Good quality for pretty cheap price - Would rate higher but only put together and did a few sit ups on haven’t fully tested but easy to assemble all tools included and seems very stable as well as good materials shouldn’t have any issues imo Update works great. Almost didn’t buy due to a review that said something about having to put weights on front feet to keep from tipping while using and I think they either set it up wrong, very heavy or are challenged. Very stable no tipping and comfortable.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What's the shortest height from waist to feet?? I'm 5ft and would need something around 23-25 inches high.**
A: The part where your foot rests moves pretty well to adjust from person to person. I’m 6’1” and my wife is 5’4” and my daughter is 4’8” and we all use it everyday. It’s become one of our favorite core pieces.

**Q: Is it difficult to do glute biased extensions with the bench there? Even in the decline position?**
A: You can get a good glute extension. With the bench in the down position you will only get about 45 degrees of bend at the hip joint.

**Q: 6'4" compatible?**
A: I’m 6’1” 210lbs and it’s one of my favorite pieces of equipment to use. I’m sure at 6’4” you’d be fine. It’s solid.

**Q: What is the height from waist to feet to be able to use this machine for leaning over the front**
A: It is adjustable and fits a variety of heights.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love it so far! Well worth the money.
*by S***O on 21 April 2026*

This little thing has everything I was looking for. Roman chair, incline for abs, preacher curls. I'm 6ft, 235 and it's a perfect fit. Ton of exercises if you have any imagination, and stury enough. Visually appealing, very compact and easy assembly!
