I had a hip replacement and needed to ice for 20 min every hour and this made it so easy to not have to run back and forth to the freezer for traditional ice packs. The cooler pack is also very flexible to fit the affected area perfectly. The only improvement could be to make it so the hose doesn’t bend so easy at the ice pack. That cuts off the flow of the ice water. You just need to have the hose lay in the right direction so it doesn’t bend.
