## Questions & Answers

**Q: Why can't I buy this and have it sent to Alaska? The other two are not restricted.**
A: Please contact Amazon Customer Service directly.

**Q: What if your kid colors on the wall or something else with these markers? Do these markers wash out easily on walls and furniture?**
A: It is hard to say for furniture because there are so many different types of materials that could be involved. If it gets on a wall, then soap and water should work, but if not then try Mr. Clean Magic Eraser.

**Q: How to get the shirt on? Do i take the head off?**
A: There should be a Velcro closure in the back of the shirt.
