**Q: How does it attach to a roof rack?**
A: It comes with "L" brackets to mount it.  You may need to modify them or come up with something completely different depending on your rack.

**Q: Does this awning have tracks on both ends for mounting an awning room?**
A: On the ends, yes.  But on the sides there is just extension poles to attach "wall panels" to.

**Q: What color is the PVC bag?**
A: Mine is black.

**Q: Is the awning retractable and able to use shorter pull out length,such as 8ft instead of 10ft if space is limited, or do you roll it out of the bag?**
A: The awning is not retractable. It rolls out of the bag and had to be extended completely in order for the support posts to clip in. The height is adjustable but not the width. It is a nice product for the money!

This awning is very well made and is very durable. Setting up and closing up the awning is simple and easy enough to operate by one person. The poles are durable and easily support the awning. The fabric seems durable as well. The size provides plenty of protection from the sun and the elements. The case for the awning is also well made. Mounting the awning on my rack took a some additional parts. I purchased some electrical pipe clamps and some unistrut which gave me something to bolt the awnings L angles to. Parts were inexpensive and easy to install. Overall this awning is well made, easy to use and a great value.
