Ingredients for zerocream

ingredients as listed on the container are liquid paraffin, white soft paraffin, lanolin, glyceryl monostearate, cetyl alcohol, sodium cetostearyl sulfate, citric acid monohydrate(E330),carbomer, purified water, sodium hydroxide solution, sodium methyl hydroxybenzoate(E219), sodium propyl hydroxybenzoate

I cannot get the cream to dispense, the blue collar is off and I have turned the nozzle but after several pumps it will not work. Any ideas?

You have to pump it quite a number of times to get rid of the air that's in the top of bottle. Then the cream will come out on each push.

Is good to apply on face ?

I use it on my face with no ill effects.
