**Q: which side does the cord come out of? The side with the thermostat (front) or rear?**
A: Comes out the side of thermostat.  It also gives the option to hard wire .

**Q: My unit did not come with a remote is it supposed to? Will the universal remote sold by the same company AC Infinity work on this unit?**
A: The unit is NOT controllable by a remote.  Amazon needs to change the line of what's in the box.  Sellers can not modify any of that info.

**Q: Will this work in a 220v country?**
A: Nvm according to the manufacturers site it will work 110-240

**Q: Can the fan be run continuously?**
A: We've ran it for 11 hours straight, but never continously.   It didn't seem to get hot after running that long.
