I need a worker with green shirt and blue pants (my brother lost one like that and is very upset about it) is there a way i can order that?

No you can buy the workers individually let me get my sons catalog and look up the one you need. Ok typed into the Amazon search bar. Bruder 60005 that's a worker with a green shirt.

Does the construction worker come off the machine to play with separately?

Make sure that this one comes with the construction worker, because I had to order the guy separetly. The guy by himself was $10.

Is there a riding lawnmower size real mini or micro excavator that will actually dig a small hole. I seen a video of one and wonder if it was real

I do not know of a lawnmower. There are some trucks with scoops and a back hoe that can actually dig a bit in soft dirt or sand.
