A: Any Fossil bracelet order that is fulfilled and shipped by Amazon is covered under the manufacturer's one-year warranty. Please contact our repairs team at (800) 842-8621 for any warranty inquiries.

**Q: Why does it say it comes in a tin box when a lot of the reviews say it just came with a pouch?  All real fossil bracelets are sold with tin**
A: Actually the first one I ordered came with just a pouch and no bracelet, too much hassle to return just a pouch. Ordered more from this seller and they all feel authentic and are really nice. No tin though and not sure why that would be a deal breaker anyways.
