**Q: Do u have to use this before painting or is it optional?**
A: The angelus leather prep cleans and remove old paint and dye very well. If it's already dyed and not painted I would recommend it.

**Q: Can this product and the leather paint be used on faux leather?**
A: HI, Yes toy both questions this can be used on man made leathers and the acrylic paint can also be used on man made leathers

**Q: I'm wanting to use this on raw edges of a purse flap and strap. Will this work on raw edges?**
A: to deglaze and prepare the edge it will work

**Q: Can you use this on Jordan Midsoles?**
A: Sure this is perfect for midsoles.
