Absolutely Fantastic Moong Dal! My New Pantry Staple. I've been cooking with lentils for years, and I can confidently say that this TAJ Premium Moong Dal is one of the best I've ever used. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality and will be purchasing this brand from now on. Here’s what makes it stand out: Exceptional Quality: Right out of the bag, you can see the difference. The lentils are incredibly clean, uniform in size, and have a beautiful, vibrant yellow color. I barely had to rinse them, as there was no dust or debris, which can be an issue with other brands. Cooks Beautifully: This moong dal cooks up quickly and evenly, resulting in a wonderfully creamy and smooth texture that's perfect for traditional dal recipes. It doesn't become mushy or lose its flavor. I used it to make a simple dal tadka, and the taste was fresh, authentic, and delicious.Versatile and Flavorful: The flavor is mild and slightly nutty, making it a perfect base for a variety of spices. It's fantastic for everything from a comforting kitchari to soups and stews. It absorbs flavors wonderfully, and the end result is always satisfying.Overall, I am extremely happy with this purchase. If you're looking for high-quality, reliable, and delicious moong dal for your Indian cooking or just want to add a healthy lentil to your diet, I highly recommend the TAJ Premium brand. It's a 5-star product all the way!

I’m very happy with the quality of the Moong Dal Mung Lentils. They are fresh, clean, and cook quickly, making them perfect for everyday meals. The taste is excellent, with a mild, nutty flavor that works well in soups, curries, or salads. These lentils are also packed with protein and nutrients, making them a healthy addition to my diet. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality lentils.

Love cooking with these. Always consistently delicious and good consistency. You do have to be very careful because there are small granite stones that can crack your teeth if you aren’t careful to remove them.

I was very happy with the product, the price and the packaging. Everything is completely satisfactory and I am definitely going to be ordering this again.

Yummy and able to buy in a larger size!

Run away from this! Mine was so buggy I had to throw it out to the animals! Will never buy from this seller again!

I made vegan Just Eggs and babbeee, let me tell you- this is soooo delicious. I added black Salt and a few other ingredients also. This tastes just like eggs. I added some onion, tomatoes, cheese and ham. I can eat this better than eggs yo! You gotta try this and see!
