Surprised to be giving 4 stars
I bought these screws to try purely on price, they're a snip. I didn't expect them to perform as well as screws costing 4 times as much but if you don't try, you'll never know. I set about doing my job and opened the box to get some screws out. Oh no, the first screw I got out was bowed. I hunted through them and found about 50% were bowed. Typical, I thought, rejects. But then the twist. Apart from a bit of drill wobble when the bowed screws were started, they all drove home, without slip and without burring the heads. When screwing a 6" screw into softwood that has only been drilled to 3" that's no mean feat. For the price I'll be stocking up with a few other sizes. Try them just once, you might like them.
