Always fire in a calibrated pottery kiln, never a kitchen oven, so your results match the swatch. - GLOSSY, SEMI-TRANSLUCENT FINISH - Fires to a glossy shine that lets some of the clay body show through, so color deepens where the glaze pools over edges, carving and texture. - READY TO BRUSH & BLEND - Ready to brush straight from the jar. Blend with colors in the same series to make new glaze colors, or layer it with other glazes for new effects. - ART MATERIAL - Conforms to ASTM D-4236 art materials standard. Suitable for surfaces that come into contact with food or drink when fired to the specified cone on the product label. Crazing, pinholing or blistering makes a surface unsuitable; test your own clay and firing. - CONSCIENTIOUSLY MANUFACTURED - At Penguin Pottery, our core values are simple: manufacture responsibly in the USA, craft exceptional products, and support the pottery community by donating 1% of our sales to school programs, community centers, and disaster relief for artists. - LIFETIME WARRANTY - Penguin Pottery products are backed by our Lifetime Warranty. If you have any issues, we will give you a refund or replace your product. See warranty & support section for more information. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0C7HJV13R | | Best Sellers Rank | #30,262 in Arts, Crafts & Sewing ( See Top 100 in Arts, Crafts & Sewing ) #41 in Ceramics Glazes | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 4.3 out of 5 stars (35) | | Date First Available | June 12, 2023 | | Item Weight | 3.12 pounds | | Item model number | PP-GZ-MH-SET2 | | Manufacturer | Penguin Pottery LLC | | Product Dimensions | 5 x 5 x 5 inches | ## Images ![Variety Set - Mid Fire Celadon Series - Cone 6 - Includes 8 4oz Jars - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71z0a3br2EL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Can these be fired at cone 06?** A: No this set is specifically made for cone 6 (cone 5 would work too) but 05 is not hot enough and it would not properly develop. **Q: Are these non toxic?** A: Yes!
