BIC Sensitive Disposable Razor

This is a great deal for the classic basic single blade disposable razor. Every person is different but fir me, each blade easily lasts a month at 2-3 shaves a week. No shave bumps or cuts. It is also easier to clear than the 2-5 blade popular competitors.

My shaving needs are pretty simple. I typically have used very basic razors, and I'm a fan of the BIC brand. When I saw this 1-blade package with 52 razors at a terrific price I knew I wanted to try them. I am so pleased with them. Yes, they are basic. Yes, they offer a very simple shave. I would not recommend these for people with a ton of facial hair, however, for simple shaving needs they work just great and they don't agitate my skin at all. These do the job. They're simple. They're effective. They're a great value. There's simply no doubt I plan to order these again.

Does the job

If you can use this single blade "Jail house" razors this is the most cost effective and easy way. Using two razors a week, you only have to buy this twice a year. Even at three a week, but still once every four months , and it comes to me, so it saves me a trip to the store.

Not amazing, but better than a multi blade. Only complaint is the bulky head that makes it hard for me to set the angle when shaving-making it easy to apply too much pressure and nick myself. If you are used to de/wet shaving or want a slimmer profile get the bic metal razor, which also seem to stay sharper longer. Great value on these though.

TL;DR: Simple, single blade razors that give a surprisingly close, irritation free shave, last longer than expected, and are priced so well that stocking up is a no brainer. I bought this 52 pack of BIC Sensitive Disposable Razors looking for something basic and inexpensive that would not shred my skin. What I got was a very solid everyday razor that feels far better than the price suggests. Performance first. These are single blade razors, so I was not expecting an especially close shave. Used with a decent shaving cream and light pressure, the shave is actually very respectable. It is not as glass smooth as a premium multi blade cartridge, but it is absolutely good enough for daily use. The blade is sharp enough to cut through several days of stubble without tugging, and since it is a single blade, it rinses clean easily and does not clog up. Skin comfort is where these stand out for me. I have skin that gets red and bumpy pretty easily, especially on the neck. With these, as long as I take normal care and do not rush, I get almost no burning or razor bumps afterward. The head is fixed, so you do have to adjust your angle a bit around the jawline, but that actually helps me avoid going over the same spot too many times. Someone with very sensitive skin or someone who reacts badly to multi blade cartridges may appreciate this. Longevity has been a pleasant surprise. For a true disposable at this price, I expected to get one or two shaves and toss it. With normal beard growth, I can comfortably get three to five shaves per razor before it starts to feel dull, sometimes more if I am careful about rinsing the blade and letting it dry. Multiply that by 52 and you end up with a lot of shaves for the money. A few practical notes: • The handle is lightweight but not flimsy. It has basic ridges that keep it from slipping even with wet, soapy hands. • The bright orange color makes them easy to spot in a drawer or travel bag. • They are ideal to toss into a gym bag, keep in a guest bathroom, or bring on trips where you do not want to risk losing an expensive razor. There are some tradeoffs, of course. The fixed head means you have to pay attention around curves, and if you are used to a five blade premium cartridge you will notice the difference in how quickly it mows down thick growth. Also, these are all plastic disposables, so if you are trying to minimize waste, this is not the most eco friendly option. For the price and convenience though, that compromise may be acceptable. Overall, if you want a dependable, no nonsense razor that treats sensitive skin kindly and offers very good value per shave, this 52 pack from BIC is easy to recommend. They work well, they last longer than you would expect a cheap disposable to last, and the cost per razor is hard to beat. Thanks for reading!! (Assuming you did)

They are cheap and they don’t cause razor burns

I have always liked the BIC Sensitive razors so when I saw these it seemed like a great deal, but they are not the same as the ones in the small bags. They feel like they have a serrated edge on them when you use them. Terrible! I bought more of the small quantity bags and will be tossing these in the garbage. I did not notice until these arrived but they have a different color cap over the razor. Maybe counterfeit, maybe just made with very poor quality blades. Do not waste your money.

Aparelhos muito bons! Bem desenvolvidos para cumprir a sua função! Recomendo!

These razors, at a fraction of the price of the really expensive multi blade types are your BEST shaving buy. The blade is super sharp and smooth. And the single blade isn’t prone to clogging during shaving, and each razor lasts for several uses. Best disposable I’ve ever used, and I’ve tried them all.

First time trying, haven't tried out yet but only received 51pc instead of 52.

I've used this particular razor for years but it became obsolete unfortunately as the younger generation required a multi-blade razor. Very pleased that I found this deal on Amazon. Will order again before Xmas.

Very pleased with the blades . First time ordering this many. Liked they arrived on time
