Review: Compact, colorful luggage locks - love the 4 digits and side-read - These well-priced little suitcase locks were "keepers." Unfortunately made in China, but I liked (a) the size and weight; (b) the function (easy to set and read because of the side edge code design) ; (c) the 4 digit passcode, and (d) amazing price point. Who says "everything is more expensive now???" Simple to set code too. No regrets - recommend!
Review: Great product and easy to use. - I bought these locks for my trip out to Arizona. I haven’t been on a plane in 20+ years so I wasn’t sure what to expect. They worked great and were easy to use. I have Rheumatoid arthritis and they were pretty easy to use. Very durable, they fit my luggage perfectly. They were versatile on all the different sizes of luggage. I felt they were secure. The material seemed very durable.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can I buy a four pack of the blue or black locks?**
A: You will have to look at the product information.

**Q: It is unclear how many locks are being offered for the price of $19.85. What does this price buy me in terms of quantity?**
A: Thanks for your question. $19.85 is the price for four locks. Have a great day

**Q: My 2 luggage was opened by tsa with this lock. how to reset the red indicator because it will not reset using the guide and won't lock anymore?**
A: Thanks for letting us know about this problem. It sounds like the TSA may have incorrectly re-locked the lock so let's get you a replacement. Could you e-mail us your current shipping address as well as the Amazon order ID # for your purchase? You can find our contact information on the box or by clicking on our seller name (SureLock) on the product's details page. Have a great day -Taylor

**Q: I followed the instructions in the package to reset my code from 0000. The lock is now closed and won’t open using my new code or the factory setting**
A: Try going to either the factory setting 0000 or your new code and move each number individually up and down 1 to 2 numbers then back to where they were. as you move them, try to open the lock. For example, if the new code is 4444, try 4445 then 4446 then 4443 then 4442, go back to 4444 then try 4454... It might work
