Yes, I was impressed. All of the general comments I made in my review of the NS-04 cutters applies to the whole range of Engineer Precision Tools (well, those I have examined so far anyway). A very high standard of manufacture is evident equal to any premier branded tool. I've added a few customer photos to this advert together with comments that highlight some of the features which can be found. I do highly recommend them to price-concious 'pro' users who still demand high quality. The only drawback with the Engineer brand is the rather limited range of tools on offer, it is not broad enough to satisfy all requirements.
