Description
Brazen, timely and heart-wrenching, Two Mothers is an intense exploration of the trials and tribulations a same sex couple encounters in their desire to become loving parents. Katja and Isabella are happily married and feel the time is right to have a child. As the weeks and months pass by, it becomes clear that the process will be far more fraught than either were prepared for- and even threaten their relationship in unexpected ways. Brilliantly honest and surprisingly stirring, Two Mothers is unmissable drama.

Another good lesbian film, covering a theme gay couples may encounter when trying to get pregnant. It shows just how vulnerable gay couples are once in this process. The film also highlighted where each of the women were in their understanding of each others needs.A super film, end abruptly but there wasn't really much left to say, it had been covered. In Germany with subtitles!

A good story ruined by an horrendous ending
A good story ruined by an horrendous ending. I actually thought there was a fault on the DVD and the last chapters had been missed. Basically a story half told, such a shame when the acting was really good in my opinion.
