Tulsi/Holy Basil a very good tea.
I had never tried this before, but for health reasons I was interested. If you only bought it for a good hot tea, it would be worth it. I didn't see a smaller pkg but I'm glad I got the 1 lb bag. Very fresh and aromatic. It's a loose tea. Makes a wonderfully flavored tea with a small amount. I enjoy it twice a day. I'm going to share with family and friends that like hot tea. I use a little honey, but you could drink it alone. It has a little sweetness of it's own. Also a little spicy. I will see what other herbs this company offers.

Excellent bulk bag of tulsi herbal tea leaves! I have tried a few brands and these are of high quality at a great price. Still smells fresh when I open the bag after months of use. Highly recommend!

There are sooo many benefits to drinking tulsi tea; also known as holy basil. Here are some of the benefits I found online! Anti-inflammatory: Tulsi can reduce inflammation and help with eye health. Antioxidant: Tulsi contains antioxidants that can protect the skin and help prevent cancer. Antimicrobial: Tulsi has antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal properties that can help prevent infections. Anti-stress: Tulsi can help manage stress and anxiety by increasing energy and boosting neurotransmitters. Blood sugar: Tulsi may help lower blood sugar levels. Digestive health: Tulsi can improve digestion and help with weight loss by enhancing intestinal health. Immunity: Tulsi can boost the immune system by stimulating natural killer cells and T helper cells. Liver health: Tulsi can detoxify the liver and prevent fat buildup. Oral health: Tulsi can be used as a natural mouth freshener and oral disinfectant. Skin health: Tulsi contains vitamin C and A, phytonutrients, and antioxidants that can protect the skin. Tulsi may also help with: Kidney stones, Fevers, Gastric ulcers, Blood pressure, Cholesterol, Energy, Hair health, and Wounds. Now that I have this huge bag of Tulsi, I drink a cup daily.
