If you want to ace your PMI-ACP exam, but this book. I read it from cover-to-cover and did all the exercises. I still refer to it whenever I need to review concepts.

This book won't help you pass the exam, it will support you smash it!! After having successfully passed my PMP and now ACP I can categorically say that this book is a pleasure to read. I did most of my reading and mocks during my daily commute (30 minutes on the train each way). The author writes in such a way that it feels as though he is talking to you. The important bits are all marked and the content is above and beyond what is required in the exam, which supports the objective of this certification - Agile mindset. After reading this book you'll be able to discuss the pros and cons of different Agile implementations and truly understanding where and how to apply them. Jolly happy to have passed my test and I can confidently use this book whenever I need clarify something.

This is definitive study book for the PMI-ACP exam. I believe that the book could use some more of the nitty-gritty dillemma-filled and what-to-do-first-and-next day-to-day life of Agile (as the exam asked a LOT about that), alongside all the conceptual and methodological stuff, but altogether this is the book to buy.

This book is pure magic, it makes it all seem so simple! I passed my exam on first attempt after studying for one month only using this book alone. I recommend this book for any aspiring PMI-ACP candidate.

Amazon delivery is awesome, I don't trust anybody but you guys. The book is MUST read for any PMI-ACP aspirant, very simply put and touches all important topics. Its a compilation of what all you should read.

Great book.

I believe, the book covers the core syllabus and topics are explained well. But, it could do with many more practice questions, similar to those that appear in the PMI-ACP exam. I also believe that, questions, at the end of each chapter, are far too simplistic and do not really represent the long, wordy, sometimes vague and complex questions, that one gets in the exam. Exam questions are mini issue laden scenarios, which then ask for candidate's suggestion, to deal with the issue in the scenario. I believe, these are the type of questions that this book should contain. At least 30 to 40 true exam-type questions at the end of each section.

This is a paper-back copy and smells fresh out of the press. Have already read the first 100 pages and am very happy with the content. Those that have posted negative reviews complain about spelling errors and a few headings that are mildly mislabelled and yet steer away from purchasing off the author's website just because it costs more. This book should be enough to help you ace the PMI-ACP exam.

It is an excellent book. I cleared PMI ACP with the help of this book. Mike Griffith has done an excellent job.

easily the best book for preparing for the PMI ACP Exam. its a bit of an uphill struggle to get through the first reading of all chapters. But going through this book more than once helps a lot. The amount of info crammed in these pages are unbelievably useful. the first aspect of preparing for the exam is internalizing the concepts shared here. but to be able to do it at first reading is tough. the more we read this book, the more we get out of it and by the end we are "thinking and talking" in agile way in all the work we do. Wasn't enjoyable or rather it was outright painful to finish reading it the first time and I gave up after three chapters. But then picked it up after few weeks and somehow it all started to click in place. This was just like how mike describes in chapter 1, an empirical process that is iterative (in reducing pain of reading the material) and incremental (in providing an in-depth understanding). And I just gave my PMI-ACP exam today and was able to pass with Above Target across all levels. Also should add I did purchase his ACP Workbook because the questions there are even more situational and it helps to hammer down and hits home the concepts this book describes. Don't think twice to get this book. THIS IS ESSENTIALLY THE BE ALL AND END ALL of PMI-ACP Exam Prep. The odds of passing this exam is always in your favor should you choose to make this book your new best friend. Good Luck with your prep!!

Just read it twice and cleared my PMI-ACP exam with flying colors. Very well explained agile concepts, visual & graphics etc. Though it is quite expensive compared to other available exam prep books but it is worth it. I highly recommend it!
