Affordable, great addition to my supplement routine in the morning. It is said to lower cholesterol, and improve heart health. It provides me with a boost of energy as I go through my daily walk. Reduces the inflammation to my turn meniscus. I walk 5 miles 5 days a week.

This is a great pack of multivitamins, specially if you can't take B complex, because this don't have it. That's the case of my mom, because of her rosacea, is difficult to find a multivitamin without B complex that suits her.
