Review: Great cot for use as next-to-me - The only full size cot I could find that also works as a next-to-me crib for my extremely large baby. Assembly is a little more tricky than Ikea flat pack furniture but didn’t take me longer than an hour under baby’s supervision. Feels sturdy and I haven’t found a flaw yet. However, a slight annoyance is that the mattress is an odd shape and normal cot sheets are a little too big. Since my baby can roll, I’m not concerned about him struggling with the loose fabric folds but would probably be a little more careful with a newborn.

The mattress feels very firm, even with a topper/protector on it. The biggest issue for me is the sliding mechanism. It can stick, which makes it quite loud and awkward to put back up once you’ve got the baby settled. Unfortunately, this has woken my baby up a good few times, which is extremely frustrating, especially after finally getting them to sleep! I also find that the bottom of the side that slides up and down doesn’t seem to lower completely. This can make putting a sleeping baby down from your arms a little awkward, as you have to carefully position them around it. Overall, I really like the concept and have found it useful over the past 6 months. I’m hoping it continues to last well, as I think it’s a fantastic idea. There are just a few design details that, if improved, would make it much better.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un ottimo investimento perché cresce con il bambino

La culla è robusta e sicura. La cosa che preferisco è che si adatta alle diverse fasi dello sviluppo del bambino arrivando fino ai 4 anni circa. All'inizio la si può usare per il co-sleeping cosi da avere il bambino vicino, facilitando cosi monitoraggio e allattamento. La sponda si puo abbassare e l'altezza puo essere regolata ( ci sono 11 livelli di altezza). Ma il vero "plus" è la sua trasformazione in lettino a pavimento, ideale per i bambini più grandi. Questa funzione elimina la necessità di acquistare un lettino separato in seguito, rappresentando un notevole risparmio economico e di spazio. La possibilità di rimuovere completamente le gambe e abbassare il lettino a terra offre al bambino uno spazio sicuro e autonomo, promuovendo la sua indipendenza e la libertà di movimento, in linea con i principi Montessori. Il materasso è confortevole e il rivestimento in tessuto traspirante assicura una buona circolazione dell'aria. Le finestre in rete sui lati garantiscono una ventilazione ottimale e permettono di tenere d'occhio il bambino. La struttura robusta e il sistema di fissaggio al letto sono studiati per offrire la massima stabilità, garantendo sonni tranquilli. La possibilità di inclinare leggermente la culla è un altro dettaglio apprezzabile, utile in caso di reflusso o raffreddore del bambino, facilitando la respirazione e la digestione. Esteticamente ha un design moderno ed elegante, che si integra facilmente in qualsiasi arredamento della camera da letto. Le ruote con freno la rendono facilmente spostabile tra le stanze, un aspetto molto pratico soprattutto nei primi mesi quando il bambino dorme spesso. Il montaggio e lo smontaggio sono relativamente semplici, e la culla è anche dotata di una comoda borsa per il trasporto. In conclusione direi che è un ottimo prodotto, che si ripaga ampiamente nel tempo, eliminando l'esigenza di ulteriori acquisti e offrendo serenità a tutta la famiglia.
