Question 1

Will the knee brace slip during exercise? The seller's size chart helpful?

Accepted Answer

It was firmly bundled on my knee during exercise and I even sleep with it.I noticed that this product has something different. It has a Non-slip silicone strip on the top of the ring.I think it worked.I chose it according the seller's size chart,I think it is very accurate,It helped.

Question 2

how do i measure for size where is size chart ?

Accepted Answer

ADVICE from NEENCA about the size:
Please check chart to select your size. We suggest you do not choose a size based on your height and weight. You need to determine the size based on the calf circumference 6 inches above your kneecap. (This is the most accurate.)
This brace runs large, So for best fit we advise you to buy a smaller size If you are at the intersection of two sizes.
Thigh's circumference 6" above your knee-cap：

S: 17.1"-18.1" (44cm-46cm)
M: 18.5"-19.3" (47cm-49cm)
L : 19.3"-20.1" (49cm-51cm)
XL: 20.1"-21.6" (51cm-55cm)
XXL: 21.6"-22.8" (55cm-58cm)
XXXL: 22.8"-24.6" (58cm-62cm)

Hope my answer will help you:)

Question 3

Is the neenca professional knee brace made in america?

Accepted Answer

Not sure. Already threw packaging away and there is nothing to indicate on the brace itself.

Question 4

Can you get in the water with this brace?

Accepted Answer

Yes, although it is not waterproof, it can still work in the water.

Our product is an upgrade for basic knee brace. Added two side metal stabilizers and a gel pad for the kneecap. This will be more professional and more reliable than regular knee pads. The gel pad can effectively relieve the impact of the knee. The metal stabilizers will effectively relieve the pressure of the knee when you perform knee flexion and squat.

Patella gel pads surrounds the kneecap, double-sided metal spring stabilizers fit tightly with your knee joint. These special functional element strengthen side support and maintains joint stability. It effectively disperses pressure, keeping your knee warm, lubricating your joints.

Hope my answer will help you:)
