I inadvertently soaked my dentures too long in a well known denture solution and they became so badly stained that I considered replacing them. Polident tablets took about a week or so to show a really meaningful effect but after soaking over one night you could see that they made some difference. If you are the type of person who might be susceptible to forgetting to remove your dentures after soaking them in the various three minute solutions then these Polident tablets are definitely for you.
