I bought this product to use in a carnivore pizza crust recipe. I haven't used it yet, but there is no way it could be worse than the cauliflower crust I tried last week. I found the recipe online (Chris cooks Nashville), and I watched as he was able to actually pick up a piece of meat laden pizza, and eat it like a regular thin crust pizza...there was even some crunch when he bit into it. That's good enough for me. If this is as good as it looks, I'll be buying a lot more!

got in the habit of mixing this in with my coffee. whey has always tasted off when i tried to mix it in but the egg whites really give the coffee a good flavor. when i used the liquid egg whites, they would always effect me badly but these powdered egg whites feel good on the belly and cause no problems. thanks

I love this product and the pricing is in the same price range as other powders. It has no smell or taste which is what I wanted. It easily mixes into almond milk using my small BlendJet. No lumps, no aftertaste or unusual texture and it gets some nice foam. I wanted to add my own flavoring, cacao and micro-coffee powder. Also can add in fiber powder if you want. With no added sweetener the above mix is a great breakfast both as a drink or sometimes I add it to a bowl of oatmeal, berries etc. it says made in the USA- but it does not say anything about the origin of the eggs (yes I know origin from chickens-lol)
