The customer service is excellent - I had a slight problem with one of the cups so contacted Root7 directly by email who responded very quickly and resolved the issue, no hassle. In my view, the teapot is not as bulbous as it appears in the pictures but lovely nonetheless. Both the teapot and cups are a lot lighter in weight than I thought they would be - very easy to hold. Not sure if the handles would get hot if filled with hot liquid (as not tried yet). The things that I think might make this product even better are to offer options, such as a version with saucers, or 4 cups instead of 2 etc. Plus, whilst this set does come boxed and the boxing is generally OK, it doesn't really do the product justice - I'd prefer it if the boxing looked more like a gift box. It’s lovely and delicate. Pot and cups are smaller than I expected.
