## Questions & Answers

**Q: I need to be more specific as this covers every ucle ben's rice. is the ben's original ready rice pouch basmati rice parboiled? i'm on low fodmap diet**
A: I looked up low fodmap diets and whole grains, including rice are foods that will not cause digestive problems, and Ready Rice makes the preperation much easier.

**Q: How long will it take to heat up on the dashboard of a 2014 Land Rover on a hot Summer day?**
A: Define a hot summer day! If you put it there by 8 am and keep the vehicle closed up it might be ready about lunch time.

**Q: Uncle bens ready rice Spanish style package said expired 30 days ago would it still be good**
A: That might be a question for the company. Expectation dates are mysterious. But the package is sealed and unless it's puffy it is probably ok

**Q: is this rice parboiled? not simply patially cooked....but parboiled? i'm on a low fodmap diet and cannot do parboiled. sorry uncle ben**
A: This rice is completely cooked. It's just like you cooked it at home, let it cool, and packaged it. You just warm this up.
